Week prices

We have three price classes, A+, A and B, depending on the season.

Season A+ prices apply for Midsummer holiday week, New Year week and Epiphany week.

Season A prices apply through 1 June-31 August and 20 December-14 January. Only full weeks are sold in Season A. Bookings run from 4 p.m. at the earliest on the day of arrival to 12 (noon) on the day of departure.

Season B prices apply to the rest of the year. In Season B bookings for shorter stays than a week are also accepted. However, only full weekends from Friday to Sunday are sold. Departure and arrival times can be decided separately.

All prices include VAT 10 %. A deposit of 25% of the cost of the cottage is required within 7 days from booking. The balance is payable six weeks prior to the arrival date. As far as last-minute bookings are concerned, the total cost of the cottage is required at the time of the booking (see booking conditions).

It is the guests’ responsibility to leave the cottage and property in the same clean and tidy condition they found it. End-of-stay cleaning can be carried out by us on request, for which we will charge 50?200 euro depending on the cottage.

Linen and towels will be supplied for an extra cost of 11 euro/person.

There is no extra charge for firewood or the use of row boat (when the cottage has one).
